THE HOTEL

Jardines De Palerm is an intimate 9-room boutique hotel nestled in the hills of San Josep village, overlooking the Mediterranean. More accurately, it is set in the foothills of Sa Talaia (Ibiza’s highest mountain), from which the famous hike to the top begins. The property combines an original 17th-century Ibizencan finca built in stone with modern, renovated spaces, all surrounded by nature, offering dreamlike views of both the Mediterranean Sea and the authentic Ibizan landscape.

All our rooms are en suite, featuring their own private terrace and sun loungers. Each room has ample interior space. A full list of amenities can be found in the “Rooms” section.

Our gardens and outdoor spaces are full of hidden corners to relax in. The hotel has two pool areas on separate terraces, one with views of the Mediterranean, and the other in a more shaded setting, surrounded by exotic plants and palm trees. Breakfast, light lunches, and bar drinks are available throughout the day, and massages, yoga classes, and other alternative therapies can be booked by appointment.

Our friendly staff is always available to assist and help organize activities during your stay. We offer E-bike and kayak rentals, as well as guided day trips for rock climbing, sailing, and horse riding. If you enjoy hiking, the Sa Talaia summit trail starts right at the property. We can also arrange boat rentals and other personalized experiences upon request.

  • 10 km from Ibiza Airport – in San José village (approx. 12 mins).

  • 15 km from the Port of Ibiza & Old Town (approx. 25 mins).

  • 23 km from Santa Gertrudis, a charming inland village (approx. 30 mins).

  • 10 km from San Antonio Bay, with an additional 7-minute drive to reach the secluded beaches around it.

  • 7-9km km from Ibiza’s west coast beaches (Cala Jondal, Cala Conta, Cala d’Hort, Cala Tarida, Cala Molí, etc.) (approx. 10-15 mins).

Can I extend my reservation?

If we have availability, we would be happy to extend your stay. Please contact our team via email at info@jdp-ibiza.com


Do you have a luggage service? 
Yes, we offer a luggage service upon request. There are a few staircases from the parking area to the property, so to assist you better, please notify us at least one day in advance via email or WhatsApp (link available on our website).


Is breakfast included? 
Yes, all our rates include breakfast.


What are the reception hours? 
Our reception operates 7 days a week, from 08:00 AM to 10:00 PM.


What happens if I lose my key? 
If you lose your key during reception hours, our team will provide you with a copy. The procedure for keys lost outside reception hours will be explained during check-in.

CHECKING IN


Can I check-in late? 
Our reception closes at 22:00. In case of a late check-in due to a particular situation, please contact us in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements.


Can I check-in early? 
Early check-in is possible, subject to availability. Confirmation can only be provided on the day of arrival.


How do I get my keys if I check in later than 22:00? 
The procedure for late check-in will be communicated via email on a case-by-case basis. It is important to notify us in advance. If we are not notified, we cannot be held responsible for the booking.

Our boutique hotel offers a tranquil retreat with carefully designed rooms, a main pool area, and a secondary relaxed pool. Guests can enjoy beautiful sea views of San Antonio Bay, multiple gardens, fountains, a yoga deck on the hills, and walking access to the town of San José. 


Is the pool heated?
 
No, our pools are not heated, but the Ibiza climate ensures comfortable swimming conditions.


Do you have a jacuzzi?
 
No, we do not have a jacuzzi, but we have two pool areas.


What other facilities do you have?
